We deliver progress. What youâll do and how you will make an impactâŚ
In this role, you will develop the âbrainâ of our customer interactions through Next Best Action (NBA), Customer Segmentation, and Churn Propensity models. You will also own xLTV and ROI modelling to guide profitable decision-making, working closely with product and engineering teams to operationalise these insights.
This isnât a research role. We need a âfull-stackâ data scientist who can own the end-to-end ML lifecycle. You will take your ideas from initial Proof of Concept (POC) and exploratory analysis all the way through to building, deploying, and maintaining production-ready models, collaborating closely with our Machine Learning Engineers.
