What You’ll Do

As Vice President of Marketing at Imagine Pediatrics, you will iterate and execute on our comprehensive marketing strategy that advances the organization’s growth, brand, and mission. This includes building on our momentum as the leader in virtual-first and in-home, value-based pediatric care for children with special health care needs. You will:

  • Leverage data, digital platforms, AI-enabled marketing capabilities, and innovative social media approaches to scale Imagine Pediatrics’ impact and strengthen our leadership position in value-based pediatric care.

  • Design targeted marketing strategies for key audiences with a particular emphasis on caregivers of children with special health care needs as well as managed care organizations (MCOs), provider network partners, investors, and team members, while ensuring internal partners have the messaging and tools needed to succeed.

  • Prepare and equip various other internal teams with iterative tools and strategies needed to grow their functions. Key partners include:

    • Clinical Operations teams: Translate clinical impact and care model innovations into clear narratives to support initiatives that improve patient activation and care coordination participation
    • Commercial and Partnership Development: Support pipeline development, proposals, and partnership expansion efforts by developing targeted materials that enable effective outreach to external audiences
  • Lead the development of high-impact content that communicates the organization’s clinical, financial, and social impact.

  • Lead the continued development of a differentiated and credible brand identity that reflets the organization’s mission and model of care.

  • Develop a modern marketing infrastructure that leverages technology and emerging platforms such as ai-enabled tools to scale impact.

  • Establish and monitor clear metrics to ensure marketing efforts support organizational goals.

  • Use data and insights to continuously refine strategy and track marketing contributions that improve metrics MOM

  • Support talent recruitment and engagement through clear, authentic storytelling

What You Bring & How You Qualify

First and foremost, you’re passionate and committed to reimagining pediatric health care and creating a world where every child with special health care needs gets the care and support they deserve. You will need:

  • 15+ years of prior relevant experience across marketing, sales, and/or managed care, preferably with prior experience supporting a Medicaid population

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership with direct responsibility for building and leading high-performance marketing organizations.

  • Prior experience in a high-growth or hypergrowth environment strongly preferred

  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, including clinical workflows, payer and provider dynamics, and corresponding care models

  • Demonstrated ability to build trust with internal customers and foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and exceptional service

What We Offer (Benefits + Perks)

The role offers a base salary range of $200,000 - $240,000 in addition to annual bonus incentive, competitive company benefits package and eligibility to participate in an employee equity purchase program (as applicable). When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills and experience. These considerations may cause your compensation to vary.
